As a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt and Lean Manufacturing expert, Coley specializes in leading large-scale initiatives that optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance organizational efficiency.
His tenure as CEO of 4G Consulting is distinguished by strategic business transformations that drive efficiency and sustainable growth through adaptive strategies and the implementation of proven lean operating systems, achieving significant increases in operational productivity.
His career at General Electric, Halliburton, FMC Technology, and other industry leaders highlighted his ability to lead cross-functional teams in managing global supply chain operations, achieving millions in cost savings, and implementing crucial quality systems to improve visibility and operational accuracy.
