Other Direct Costs (ODCs)

For administrative convenience, non-schedule items (Other Direct Costs, or ODCs) may be added to an individual order, provided that the items are clearly labeled as such on the order, all applicable regulations have been followed, and price reasonableness has been determined by the ordering agency. ODCs may include, but are not limited to, subcontracted services, items such as related reproduction services, tools and equipment, mileage, and travel costs. Established Government per diem rates will apply to any travel required in the performance of the contract. Compensation for providing such non-schedule items will incur a General & Administrative (G&A) charge of 8% of the total ODCs related to the contract. The G&A cost will be added to the order, clearly labeled as such, and subject to agreement by the ordering agency.
